Description

We analysed the SRG/ART-XC calibration phase pointing observations data, spanning from September to October 2019, to investigate the spectral and timing properties of several high-mass binary X-ray pulsars (2RXP J130159, 4U 1538-522, OAO 1657-415, Cen X-3) in the hard X-ray energy band 4-30 keV. For each of the pulsar an energy spectrum was obtained and approximated using power-law with an exponential cuttoff and comptonization models. A pulse phase resolved spectroscopy has been carried out as well. Timing analysis includes a search for the pulsation and an energy-resolved pulse profile analysis, as well as the search for possible incoherent signals based on the power density spectra in different energy range. Along with the detailed analysis of the given pulsars the SRG/ART-XC performance in a pointing mode was evaluated.
