Abstract template

Abstract template/ submission

The abstract is submitted during the registration process. You have two options how to prepare your abstract:

  • Preferred: Use a provided template. Note, that the template is read only! You have to copy it to Overleaf/ Sharelatex or process with your favorite latex environment.
  • Fallback: Free text (title, abstract body in the registration form). You can use simple LaTeX markup. In this case the name/ affiliation is going to be taken from registration data, i.e., only one author with only one affiliation and no references are possible.

If the template is used, either the final .tex file shall be renamed as Firstname_Lastname.tex or it can be pasted in the "Abstract" field of the registration form.

Although the length is not enforced, please keep the abstract short and concise, i.e., below 200 words and title below 150 characters.

Discussion session

Upon successful application, the individual will chair a discussion session within a proposed topic. This format is motivated by previous year(s) of the meeting, where several participants voiced "not enough time for discussions" concerns, therefor, we would like to encourage this kind of interaction/ format   as well.
